Pemanduan semua kenderaan di atas bahagian jalan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama, sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam peta dalam Jadual Kedua, melainkan arah yang ditentukan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama, mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) Jadual Pertama dan mengikut waktu yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (4) Jadual Pertama dilarang.

ROAD TRANSPORT (PROHIBITION OF USE OF ROAD)

(CITY OF KUALA LUMPUR) ORDER 2016

WHEREAS in the Notice under Subsection 70(2), P.U. (B) 125 published in the Gazette on 25 March 2016, notice was given of the proposal to make an order under subsections 70(1) and 70(2) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333]:

AND WHEREAS no objection was received by the Dato Bandar Kuala Lumpur against the making of such order:

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 70(1) of the Act, the Dato Bandar Kuala Lumpur, after consultation with the Director General for

Road Transport, and after taking into consideration the matters referred to in subsection 70(2) of the Act, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Road Transport (Prohibition of Use of

Road) (City of Kuala Lumpur) Order 2016.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 18 April 2016.

Prohibition 2.

The driving of all vehicles on the part of the road as specified in column (1) of the

First Schedule, as shown on the map in the Second Schedule, otherwise than in the directions specified in column (2) of the First Schedule, with effect from the date specified in column (3) of the First Schedule and in accordance with the time specified in column (4) of the First Schedule is prohibited.
