Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 17(2) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Raja dalam Mesyuarat membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 17(2) of the Malay Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Ruler of the State in Council makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This Order comes into operation on the date of its publication in the

Gazette.

Amendment of Second Schedule

Seksyen 2

The Second Schedule to the Malay Reservations Enactment is amended by substituting for the words “Arab-Malaysian Finance Berhad” the words

“Am Finance Berhad”.

Seksyen 3

Revocation

Pk.P.U. 27 published on 24 May 1984 is revoked.
