Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Financial Services Act 2013 [Act 758], the Bank, with the concurrence of the Minister, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Financial Services (Designated Payment Instruments) (Amendment) Order 2016. Amendment of paragraph 2 2. The Financial Services (Designated Payment Instruments) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 202/2013] is amended in subparagraph 2(c), by substituting for the words “a deposit account at a financial institution” the words “a deposit account, current account, savings account or other similar account at a financial institution”.
