Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 72(1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh dengan ini menetapkan bahawa Perhentian Bas di Silveritage Galleria, Medan Gopeng, yang terletak di atas tanah P.T. 153533 dalam Rizab Melayu Sungai Rapat, Mukim Hulu Kinta, Daerah Kinta, Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan sebagai Tempat Perhentian bagi Kenderaan-kenderaan Perkhidmatan Awam (Perkhidmatan Bas dan Teksi) mulai 28 Julai 2004. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], Ipoh City Council hereby declares that the bus station at Silveritage Galleria, Medan Gopeng, situated on P.T. 153533 in Sungai Rapat Malay Reserve, Mukim Hulu Kinta, District of Kinta, Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan as the Station For Public Services Vehicles (Bus and Taxi Services) with effect from the 28 of July 2004. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Jalan Sultan Jaafar, Bandar Taiping, Daerah Larut dan Matang yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak kediaman Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Taiping dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Perbandaran Taiping.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Jalan Sultan Jaafar, Bandar Taiping, the District of Larut and Matang, Taiping for a public purpose to wit, a site for the residence of the President of the Taiping Municipal Council and has designated that the

State Secretary, Perak shall have control of the said reserved land and the said reserved land shall be maintained by the Taiping Municipal Council.
