Existing notice, instruction, decision, etc.
Any notice, instruction, decision, circulars, policy, and administrative and financial regulations issued, given or made by the Universiti Malaysia Pahang before the date of coming into operation of this Order under any written laws shall, on and after the date of coming into operation of this Order, be deemed to have been issued, given or made by the University.
