Seksyen 9
Continuance of action and proceedings
(1)
Any action or proceedings commenced or pending before the date of coming into operation of this Order by or against the Universiti Malaysia Pahang or any person acting on behalf of the Universiti Malaysia Pahang shall, on and after the date of

coming into operation of this Order, be continued by or against the University as it might have been commenced by or against the Universiti Malaysia Pahang or such person.
(2)
Any action commenced on or after the date of coming into operation of this
Order which the cause of action accrued before the date of coming into operation of this
Order shall, on and after the date of coming into operation of this Order, be continued as if this Order has not been made.
