(INCORPORATION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2019

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(1A) of the Universities and University Colleges Act 1971 [Act 30], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the National Defence University of Malaysia

(Incorporation) (Amendment) Order 2019.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 10 November 2006.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The National Defence University of Malaysia (Incorporation) Order 2006

[P.U. (A) 400/2006] is amended by substituting for subparagraph 2(3) the following subparagraph:

“(3) The site of the National Defence University of Malaysia, which shall be the seat of the University is located at part of the

Federal Land at PT 8207, H.S. (D) 106677, Kem Sungai Besi,

Mukim of Petaling, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and at part of the

Federal Reserve Land at Lot 3135, Kem Sungai Besi, Mukim of Petaling,

Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.”.
