of PERINTAH WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN LABUAN (PENGUBAHSUAIAN ENAKMEN TAMAN NEGARA) 1984
Seksyen 2
It is hereby directed that the power (other than the power to make rules) or function of the Government of the Federation under the National Parks Enactment and the subsidiary legislation made thereunder may be exercised on behalf of the Government of the Federation by the authority of the State of Sabah previously vested with such power under the National Parks Enactment.
