  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(3) of the Constitution (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1973 [Act A206], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land Code) (Amendment) Order 2023. Amendment of Schedule 2. The Schedule to the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land Code) Order 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] is amended in the modification of subsection 12(1)—

(a)

by substituting for paragraph (b) the following paragraph:

“(b)

the Senior Deputy Secretary General of the Prime Minister’s

Department who shall be the Deputy Chairman;”; and

Suggest a correction

(b)

by substituting for paragraph (f) the following paragraph:
