PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh takrif “jalan Wilayah Persekutuan yang ditetapkan” dalam seksyen 67 Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Dato Bandar Kuala Lumpur, mengisytiharkan bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Lebuh Raya Duta-Ulu Kelang, yang bermula dari kilometer 2.27 (di koordinat U 1994.99, T 3750.92 Grid Cassini Negeri Selangor) dan berakhir di kilometer 5.21 (di koordinat U 1890.579, T 846.810 Grid Cassini Negeri Selangor) termasuklah Plaza Tol Kg. Batu dan Tanjakan Masuk Jalan Sentul iaitu suatu jarak sepanjang 2.94 kilometer, sebagai jalan Wilayah Persekutuan yang ditetapkan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 September 2015.

DECLARATION OF THE DUTA-ULU KELANG EXPRESSWAY

AS A DESIGNATED FEDERAL TERRITORY ROAD

IN exercise of the powers conferred in the definition of “designated Federal Territory road” in section 67 of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister, after consultation with Dato Bandar of Kuala Lumpur, declares the part of the road known as the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway, commencing from kilometre 2.27 (at coordinates

N 1994.99, E 3750.92 of the Selangor State Cassini Grid) and ending at kilometre 5.21

(at coordinates N 1890.579, E 846.810 of the Selangor State Cassini Grid) including

Kg. Batu Toll Plaza and Sentul Road Entry Ramp, being a distance of 2.94 kilometres, as a designated Federal Territory road with effect from 1 September 2015.

The road declared as a designated Federal Territory road is shown on the map in the Schedule.

Revocation 3.

The Declaration Of The Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway As A Designated Federal

Territory Road [P.U. (B) 1/2009] and The Declaration Of The Duta-Ulu Kelang

Expressway As A Designated Federal Territory Road (No. 2) [P.U. (B) 158/2009]
