(A) 340/1984], the Prime Minister as the Minister for the time being charged with the responsibility for the Malay Reservations in the Federal Territory with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule and delineated in Certified Plan No. 1109949 which is deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Federal Territory, be reserved as a Malay Reservation Areas with effect from the date of the publication of this

Declaration in the Gazette.
