- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk pembetungan dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan. 298 [29hb April 2021 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PULAU PINANG

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 828], the State Authority of Penang has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for sewerage and has designated that the Federal Land Commissioner shall have control of the reserved lands and that the reserved lands shall be maintained by the Director General of Sewerage Services Department.
