- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan telah menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang. 578 [30hb Julai 2020 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PULAU PINANG

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority of Penang has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for open area and has designated that the State Secretary of Penang shall have control of the reserved lands and that the reserved lands shall be maintained by the City Council of Penang Island.
