Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh Subseksyen 8 Akta Tanah (Kawasan Penempatan Berkelompok) Akta 1960, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman dengan ini memberitahu bahawa sekeping tanah iaitu Bil. Lot 2814 yang terletak di FELDA Kerteh 2, Mukim Rasau dalam Daerah Dungun seluas 1,581 meter persegi dan dipetakan di atas pelan Akuan Bil. PA 108028, Bil. Syit 123–C yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Terengganu dijadikan satu rizab bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak bagi Tangki Air dan Loji yang akan dijagai oleh Pengarah Bekalan Air, Terengganu atau pegawai-pegawai yang akan mengganti memegang jawatannya.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by Subsection 8 of the Group Settlement Area, Act 1960 the State Authority of Terengganu Darul Iman hereby notifies that the parcel of land being Lot No. 2814 situated at FELDA Mukim Kerteh 2, Mukim Rasau, in the District of Dungun having an area of 1,581 square metres and delineated upon certified plan No. CP 108028, Sheet No. 123–C deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Terengganu is reserved for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Water Tank and Reservoir to be maintained by the Director of Water Supply, Terengganu or his successors in office.
