RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE
The Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, in exercise of the powers under subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], delegated to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur by notification in the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003] by the
Government of the Federation upon whom the powers under the National Land Code had been conferred by the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land Code)
Order 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974]—
(a)
reserves the land described in the Schedule for the public purpose of a site for a car park; and
(b)
designates that the Secretary General of the Ministry of Federal Territories shall have control of the reserved land.
