Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini merizab bahagian tanah WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PERAK 188 [28hb Mac 2002 yang terletak di Taman Perpaduan, Mukim Hulu Kinta yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan terlukis di atas pelan hasil ukur Bil. PA 82628 yang tersimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur Perak sebagai tapak Sekolah Agama Rakyat Al-Ittihadiah, yang akan diselenggarakan dan dikawal oleh Majlis Agama Islam dan 'Adat Melayu Perak.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority hereby reserves that parcel of land situated in the Taman Perpaduan in the Mukim of Hulu Kinta described in the schedule and delineated upon revenue survey plan No. PA 82628 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey, Perak as the site for Sekolah Agama

Rakyat Al-Ittihadiah to be maintained and controlled by the "Majlis Agama

Islam Dan 'Adat Melayu Perak".
