Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh Subseksyen 62 (1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman dengan ini memberitahu bahawa sekeping tanah seluas 3,471 meter persegi, Bil. Lot 14023 yang terletak di Kampung Jalan Jabur, Mukim Cukai dalam Daerah Kemaman dan dipetakan di atas pelan Akuan Bil. PA 106064, Bil. Syit 163–C–1 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Terengganu dijadikan satu rizab bagi suatu maksud awam iaitu tapak bagi Surau yang akan dijagai oleh Pesuruhjaya Hal Ehwal Agama, Terengganu atau pegawai-pegawai yang akan mengganti memegang jawatannya.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by Subsection 62 (1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority of Terengganu Darul Iman hereby notifies that parcel of land comprising 3,471 square metres Lot No. 14023 situated at Kampung Jalan Jabur, Mukim Cukai in the District of Kemaman delineated in the certified plan No. CP 106064, Sheet No. 163–C–1 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Terengganu is reserved for a public purpose, to wit a site for the Surau to be maintained by the Commissioner of Religious Affairs, Terengganu or his successors in office.
