- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh Subseksyen 62 (1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman dengan ini memberitahu bahawa sekeping tanah seluas 424 meter persegi, Bil. Lot 1414 yang terletak di Kampung Paya, Mukim Rusila dalam Daerah Marang dan dipetakan di atas pelan Akuan Bil. PA 107969, Bil. Syit 59–A yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Terengganu dijadikan satu rizab bagi suatu maksud awam iaitu tapak bagi Tadika yang akan dijagai oleh Pegawai Daerah, Marang atau pegawai-pegawai yang akan mengganti memegang jawatannya.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by Subsection 62 (1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority of Terengganu Darul Iman hereby notifies that parcel of land comprising 424 square metres being Lot No. 1414 situated at Kampung Paya, Mukim Rusila in the District of Marang and delineated upon the certified plan No. CP 107969, Sheet No. 59–A deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Terengganu is reserved for a public purpose, to wit a site for the Kindergarten to be maintained by the District Officer of Marang or his successors in office.
