- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh Subseksyen 62 (1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/65], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman dengan ini memberitahu bahawa sekeping tanah iaitu Bil. Lot 17269 yang terletak di Alor Mengabang Bakong, Mukim Batu Rakit, dalam Daerah Kuala Terengganu seluas 9.919 hektar dan dipetakan di atas pelan Akuan Bil. PA 108951, Bil. Syit 26–C–II, 26–C–III dan 26–C–IV yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Terengganu dijadikan satu rizab bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk Taman Rekreasi yang akan dijagai oleh Pegawai Daerah Kuala Terengganu atau pegawai-pegawai yang akan mengganti memegang jawatannya.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by Subsection 62 (1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/65], the State Authority of Terengganu Darul Iman hereby notifies that the parcel of land being Lot No. 17269 situated at Alor Mengabang Bakong, Mukim Batu Rakit in the District of Kuala Terengganu having an area of 9.919 hectares and delineated upon certified plan No. CP 108951, Sheet No. 26–C–II, 26–C–III and 26–C–IV deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Terengganu is reserved for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Recreation Ground to be maintained by the District Officer Kuala Terengganu or his successors in office.
