Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Bandar Alor Setar, Seksyen 054, Daerah Kota Setar, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti Jadual di bawah dan dipetakan di atas P.W. 50507 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in the Bandar Alor Setar, Seksyen 054, District of Kota Setar, Kedah Darul Aman in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon P.W. 50507 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman to be included as land in Malay Reservation. Jadual/Schedule Bandar—Alor Setar, Seksyen 054. Daerah—Kota Setar. Hakmilik—G.M. 30782 Lot 2110 (Lot Baru 8547) p.W. 50507. Keluasan—618 meter persegi.
