- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Bandar Kulim, Seksyen 039, Daerah Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti Jadual di bawah dan dipetakan di atas P.W. 50508 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

- In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in the Bandar Kulim, Seksyen 039, District of Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon P.W. 50508 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman to be included as land in Malay Reservation. Jadual/Schedule Bandar—Kulim, Seksyen 039. Daerah—Kulim. Hakmilik—GRN 122676 Lot 944 (Lot Baru 923) P.W. 50508. Keluasan—1332 meter persegi.
