Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Kubang Pasu dan Mukim Husba, Daerah Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti Jadual di bawah dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. P.W. 3622 dan P.W. 3623 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.
