- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Bandar Sungai Petani, Seksyen 22, Daerah Kuala Muda, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti Jadual di bawah dan dipetakan di atas P.W. 50061 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

- In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in the Bandar Sungai Petani, Seksyen 22, District of Kuala Muda, Kedah Darul Aman in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon P.W. 50061 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman to be included as land in Malay Reservation. JADUAL/SCHEDULE Mukim—Bandar Sungai Petani, Seksyen 22. Daerah—Kuala Muda. Hakmilik— H.S.(M) 23888 (P.T. 96027) (Lot baru 88). Keluasan—919.74 meter persegi.
