Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Binjal, Daerah Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 2571 yang disimpan di Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman, dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in the Mukim of Binjal, District of Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW 2571 deposited in Department of Survey and Mapping, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman, to be included as Land in Malay Reservation.
