Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Hosba, Daerah Kubang Pasu, Kedah darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti Jadual di bawah dan dipetakan di atas P.W. 50421 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

Preamble

In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in the Mukim Hosba, District of Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon P.W. 50421 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman to be included as land in Malay Reservation. Jadual/Schedule Mukim—Hosba. Daerah—Kubang Pasu. Hakmilik—G.M. 1881 lot 2929 P.W.
