Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Bandar Jitra, Seksyen 012, Daerah Kubang Pasu, Bandar Aman Jaya, Bandar Gurun, Seksyen 006 dan Bandar Kulim, Seksyen 039, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti Jadual di bawah dan dipetakan di atas P.W. 50630, P.W. 50631, P.W. 50632, P.W. 50633, P.W. 50634 dan P.W. 50635 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.
