- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan Tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Kubang Pasu, Daerah Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti Jadual dibawah dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. P.W. 50349, P.W. 50350, P.W. 50351, P.W. 50352, P.W. 50353 dan P.W. 50354 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukan menjadi tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

- In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby revokes the declares that the land in the Mukim Kubang Pasu, District of Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman in so far as it relates, to the land schedule here to and delineated upon P.W. 50349, P.W. 50350, P.W. 50351, P.W. 50352, P.W. 50353 and P.W. 50354 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman to be included as land in Malay Reservation.
