Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 4(c) Enakmen No.63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Binjal, Hosba, Kubang Pasu dan Malau, Daerah Kubang Pasu setakat yang berkenaan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 2455, 2456, 2457, 2458, 2459 dan 2460 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in Mukim of Binjal, Hosba, Kubang Pasu and Malau, District of Kubang Pasu in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW 2455, 2456, 2457, 2458, 2459 and 2460 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kedah Darul Aman to be included as Land in Malay Reservation.
