Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 4(c) Enakmen No.63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Jabi, Daerah Kecil Pokok Sena setakat yang berkenaan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 2010, 2011 dan PW 2012 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah, Kulim dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu. 42 [14 Feb. 2002 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in Mukim Jabi Sub-District of Pokok Sena in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW 2010, 2011 and PW 2012 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kedah, Kulim to be included as Land in Malay Reservation.
