Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Jabi, Daerah Pokok Sena, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti Jadual di bawah dan dipetakan di atas PW 2838, PW 2839, PW 2840, PW 2841, PW 2842, PW 2843 dan PW 2844 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in Mukim of Jabi, District of Pokok Sena, Kedah Darul Aman in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon PW 2838, PW 2839, PW 2840, PW 2841, PW 2842, PW 2843 and PW 2844 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman to be included as land in Malay Reservation.
