- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Malau, Mukim Binjal, Daerah Kubang Pasu dan Mukim Jabi, Daerah Pokok Sena, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas PW. 3029, PW. 3030, PW 3031 dan PW 3032 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman, dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

- In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in Mukim of Malau, Mukim of Binjal, District of Kubang Pasu and Mukim of Jabi, District of Pokok Sena, Kedah Darul Aman in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon PW. 3029, PW. 3030, PW. 3031 and PW. 3032 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman, to be included as Land in Malay Reservation.
