Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 4(c) Enakmen No.63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Kubang Pasu dan Mukim Malau, Daerah Kubang Pasu setakat yang berkenaan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 1892, PW 1893, PW 1894, PW 1895, PW 1896, PW 1897, PW 1898 dan PW 1903 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah, Kulim dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in Mukim Kubang Pasu and Mukim Malau, District of Kubang Pasu in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW 1892, PW 1893, PW 1894, PW 1895, PW 1896, PW 1897, PW 1898 and PW 1903 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kedah, Kulim to be included as Land in Malay Reservation.
