- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 4(c) Enakmen No.63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Kubang Pasu, Malau dan Binjal, Daerah Kubang Pasu setakat yang berkenaan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 1835–PW 1837, PA 02-045056, PA 02-046437 dan PA 92823 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah, Kulim dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in Mukim Kubang Pasu, Malau and Binjal, District of Kubang Pasu in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW 1835–PW 1837, PA 02-045056, PA 02-046437 and PA 92823 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kedah, Kulim to be included as Land in Malay Reservation.
