Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 4(c) Enakmen No.63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Kubang Pasu, Daerah Kubang Pasu setakat yang berkenaan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 2161, PW 2162 dan PW 2163 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah, dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in Mukim Kubang Pasu, District of Kubang Pasu in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW 2161, PW 2162 and PW 2163 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kedah, to be included as Land in Malay Reservation.
