Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Jabi, Daerah Kecil Pokok Sena setakat yang berkenaan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 2210 dan PA 48401 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah, dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.
