Section 2

It is notified that the persons named in the first column of the Schedule shall have the styles and titles of office and shall be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects specified in the corresponding second, third and fourth columns of the Schedule respectively and shall be assisted by the person or persons whose name or names appear in the first column of the Schedule underneath the names of the first-mentioned persons and who shall have the styles and titles of office specified in the corresponding second column of the Schedule.
