Pindaan peraturan 2
Peraturan-Peraturan Keselamatan Sosial Pekerja (Kadar Harian Faedah
Minimum) 1999 [P.U. (A) 353/1999] yang disebut “Peraturan-Peraturan ibu” dalam
Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dalam perenggan 2(a), dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “bencana kerja” perkataan “atau bukan bencana kerja”.
Penggantian peraturan 3
Kadar harian faedah minimum yang dibenarkan bagi hilang upaya sementara atau hilang upaya langsung yang kekal yang disebut dalam perenggan 5 Jadual Keempat kepada Akta adalah seperti yang berikut:
bagi Fasa Pertama ialah lapan belas ringgit;
bagi Fasa Ketiga ialah tiga puluh ringgit.”.

EMPLOYEES’ SOCIAL SECURITY (MINIMUM DAILY RATE OF BENEFIT)
(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2026
Opening note
These regulations may be cited as the Employees’ Social Security
(Minimum Daily Rate of Benefit) (Amendment) Regulations 2026.
These Regulations come into operation on 1 June 2026.
Amendment of regulation 2 2.
The Employees’ Social Security (Minimum Daily Rate of Benefit) Regulations 1999
[P.U. (A) 353/1999] which is referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in paragraph 2(a), by inserting after the words
“employment injury” the words “or non-employment injury”.
Substitution of regulation 3 3.
The principal Regulations are amended by substituting for regulation 3
the following regulation:
“Minimum daily rate of benefit
Minimum daily rate of benefit allowable for temporary disablement or pemanent total disablement stated in paragraph 5 of the Fourth Schedule to the Act are as follows:
for the First Phase is eighteen ringgit;
for the Third Phase is thirty ringgit.”.
