IMMIGRATION (PROHIBITION OF ENTRY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2026

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Immigration Act 1959/63 [Act 155], the Director General, with the concurrence of the Chief Ministers of Sabah and Sarawak, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Immigration (Prohibition of Entry)

(Amendment) Order 2026.

This Order comes into operation on 3 June 2026.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Immigration (Prohibition of Entry) Order, 1963 [L.N. 227/1963] is amended in the Schedule, in relation to paragraph D, by substituting for subparagraph (ii)

the following subparagraph:

“(ii)

having been married on or after the 1st day of December 1954, has not at any time been living separately from her husband—

(A)
