FEES (MALAYSIAN PRISON MUSEUM)
(MALAYSIAN PRISON DEPARTMENT) ORDER 2026
IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 10 of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Fees (Malaysian Prison Museum)
(Malaysian Prison Department) Order 2026.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 12 June 2026.
Fees and payment of fees 2.
The fees prescribed in column (2) of the First Schedule shall be paid to the
Commissioner General of Prison in accordance with the categories of visitor specified in column (1).
Remission of fees 3.
The Commissioner General of Prison may remit the fees prescribed under this Order wholly or in part, and either generally or in any particular case or class of cases.
