Mana-mana orang boleh menuntut, mengutip dan memegang simpan apa-apa tambang berhubung dengan suatu perkhidmatan kenderaan perkhidmatan awam bagi apa-apa perkhidmatan bas ekspres yang dikategorikan sebagai bas ekspres ekonomi dan bas ekspres eksekutif di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan Pengangkutan Awam Darat
(Penetapan Kategori Perkhidmatan Bas Ekspres) 2022 [P.U. (A) 206/2022] pada kadar sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.

LAND PUBLIC TRANSPORT (RATES OF FARES FOR EXPRESS BUS SERVICES)
REGULATIONS 2026
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 75(1)
of the
Land Public Transport Act 2010 [Act 715], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Land Public Transport (Rates of
Fares for Express Bus Services) Regulations 2026.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 15 June 2026.
Rates of fares for express bus services 2.
Any person may demand, collect and retain such fares in relation to a public service vehicle service for any express bus service categorized as an economy express bus and executive express bus under the Land Public Transport (Prescription of Category of
Express Bus Services) Regulations 2022 [P.U. (A) 206/2022] at the rates as specified in the Schedule.
