PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen kecil (3) seksyen 2 Akta Pinjaman Luar Negeri 1963, Yang di-Pertuan 22/63. Agong menetapkan bahawa jumlah wang yang didapati di bawah Akta itu tidak boleh lebih daripada dua puluh ribu juta ringgit pada satu-satu masa. Diperbuat pada 19hb Jun 1982. [Perb. O. 4358 Pt 4 Jd. 2; PN. (PU $ ^{2} $ ) 244.] Dengan Titah Perintah, TENGKU RAZALEIGH HAMZAH, Menteri Kewangan (Akan dibentangkan dalam Dewan Rakyat di bawah subseksyen (3) seksyen 2 Akta Pinjaman Luar Negeri 1963.) Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (3) of section 2 of the External Loans Act 1963, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong specifies that the sums raised under the Act shall not exceed twenty thousand million ringgit at any one time. Made the 19th June 1982. [Perb. O. 4358 Pt 4 Jd. 2; PN. $ ( \mathrm{P U}^{2} ) $ 244.] By Command, (To be laid before the Dewan Rakyat under subsection (3) of section 2 of the External Loans Act 1963.)
