(A) 223/1984], Menteri telah melantik Dr. Radhamanalan Saravanan sebagai anggota dan Dr. Koh Kar Chai sebagai anggota silih ganti Pihak Berkuasa berkenaan dengan perenggan 3(3)(b) bagi tempoh tiga tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Januari 2011. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3(2)(d) and subregulation 4(1) of the Control of Drugs and Cosmetics Regulations 1984 [P.U. (A) 223/1984], the Minister has appointed Dr. Radhamanalan Saravanan as a member and Dr. Koh Kar Chai as an alternate member of the Authority in respect of the paragraph 3(3)(b) for a period of three years with effect from 1 January 2011.
