- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepada Yang di-Pertuan Agong oleh subseksyen 7(1) Akta Bahasa Kebangsaan 1963/67 [Akta 32], dan yang diwakilkan kepada Perdana Menteri di bawah P.U. (B) 475/1991, Perdana Menteri menetapkan bahawa terjemahan dalam bahasa kebangsaan bagi BERNAMA Act 1967 [Act 780] sebagaimana yang disemak pada tahun 2016, iaitu Akta BERNAMA 1967 ialah naskhah yang sahih. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Yang di-Pertuan Agong by subsection 7(1) of the National Language Act 1963/67 [Act 32], and delegated to the Prime Minister under P.U. (B) 475/1991, the Prime Minister prescribes that the translation in the national language of the BERNAMA Act 1967 [Act 780] as revised in the year 2016, namely Akta BERNAMA 1967 shall be the authoritative text.
