Opening note

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam pertuduhan terhadap Chang Wan Ning supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Sesyen 4, Johor Bahru pada 22 Oktober 2018 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

Wang tunai berjumlah RM11,450.80 dan apa-apa pertambahan kepadanya dalam akaun semasa Vantage Instinct Sdn. Bhd. di Public Bank Berhad, Cawangan Johor Bahru, Johor, nombor akaun 3173122925

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

Financing and

Proceeds of

Unlawful Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the property specified in the Schedule which is the subject matter in the charge against Chang Wan Ning to attend before the Sessions Court 4, Johor Bahru on 22 October 2018 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited.
