NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME PERIOD FOR MAKING
PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION

FOLLOWING the publication of the Notice of Initiation of an Anti-Dumping Duty
Investigation with regard to the Imports of Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar Products
Originating or Exported from the Republic of Singapore and the Republic of Turkey in P.U. (B) 211/2019 on 26 April 2019, the Government extends the time period by an additional thirty days from 25 August 2019 until 23 September 2019 for making the preliminary determination pursuant to subregulation 10(2) of the Countervailing and
Anti-Dumping Duties Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994] in the case of anti-dumping duty investigation with regard to the imports of steel concrete reinforcing bar products originating or exported from the Republic of Singapore and the Republic of Turkey.
