- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Delegation of Powers Act 1956 [Act 358], the Minister delegates his powers under sections 77, 84 and 85 of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], in respect of a designated Federal Territory road to the Director, Public Works Department, Selangor for the Federal Territory of Putrajaya.
