- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan 1957 [Akta 349], Yang di-Pertuan Agong telah melantik Datuk Muhammad Azmi bin Mohd Zain sebagai Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan berkuat kuasa mulai 16 Disember 2021. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Dato’ Ahmad Zaharin bin Mohd Saad sebagai Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 332/2019 pada 9 Julai 2019 dibatalkan. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Federal Lands Commissioner Act 1957 [Act 349], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has appointed Datuk Muhammad Azmi bin Mohd Zain as the Federal Lands Commissioner with effect from 16 December 2021. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Dato’ Ahmad Zaharin bin Mohd Saad as the Federal Lands Commissioner published in P.U. (B) 332/2019 on 9 July 2019 is revoked.
