- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313] dibaca bersama Jadual Kelima kepada Akta dan Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (Ubah Suaian Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984) 2017 [P.U. (A) 450/2017], Menteri telah melantik Mohd Thajirine bin Sukri sebagai Timbalan Pengarah Perhutanan bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur dan Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Disember 2022. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the National Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313] read together with the Fifth Schedule to the Act and the Federal Territory of Putrajaya (Modification of National Forestry Act 1984) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 450/2017], the Minister has appointed Mohd Thajirine bin Sukri as the Deputy Director of Forestry for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and the Federal Territory of Putrajaya with effect from 1 December 2022.
