NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 8

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Holidays Act 1951 [Act 369], as extended and modified by the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of Holidays Act 1951) Order 2005 [P.U. (A) 511/2005], the Prime Minister appoints 21 April 2023 as a public holiday in the Federal Territory of Labuan in addition to the days mentioned in the First Schedule of the Act.
