- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 43 Akta Pentadbiran Undang-Undang Islam (Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan) 1993 [Akta 505], Yang di-Pertuan Agong, atas nasihat Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis, telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah berkuat kuasa mulai 21 Disember 2022. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993 [Act 505], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the advice of the Minister, after consultation with the Majlis, has appointed the persons named in the Schedule as Judges of the Syariah High Court with effect from 21 December 2022.
